The restaurant is located in the heart of Masseria Ferri in the countryside of Ostuni, the wonderful Apulian city known all over the world also as the White City, a name that is due to the particular coloring of the houses that are annually painted in lime. The restaurant of the Masseria Ferri was created from the renovation of the old stables and the cellar.
The rooms are made of limestone typical of the area, the vaults are “star” shaped. The windows and patio doors are large and overlook the courtyard with a view of the trulli and swimming pool (the latter for the exclusive use of guests staying in the trulli).
In this warm and welcoming environment, furnished with sobriety, the guests can taste the dishes of a typical and home cooking, obtained from the products coming from the farm fields or from the surrounding area. The vineyard produces the wine that is served in the restaurant. The white “Contessa di Clotilde” obtained from a blend of Verdeca, Bianco d’Alessano and Fiano Minutolo.
The red “Bonaventura” obtained from the Cabernet Sauvignon vines.
A restaurant for those who love healthy and local cuisine, but without departing from tradition.
