  " La masseria" The farm has a dairy farm with a mark "EEC" where we work the milk produced in the company.

The processing is done with traditional methods, linking production with the seasons, using raw milk as regulated by "ANFOSC" and respecting all the hygiene rules currently in force.
 
The maturation takes place in a room carved into the stone, under the Masseria

The productions are: 1) Caciocavallo 2) Canestrato pugliese 3) cacioricotta 4) Ricotta forte
